Change of size

Please check the size tables and/or recommendations before ordering. Contact us through our contact page if you need help. If you need to make a change after your order has been paid, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible.

Which products can be returned?

You can send a request for return for any product that you are not satisfied with through our contact page. The request needs to be sent within 30 days of delivery of your order. Include a photo of the product and the reason why you to return the product.

All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and ordering information included.  

We will not accept returns of used or damaged items or returns without your ordering information inside the package.

Is there any cost for returning/exchanging items?

There is no cost for the return/exchange. The only cost you need to pay is the shipping cost for sending the item back. The shipping cost is not refundable. If you are granted a refund, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You don’t have to pay shipping cost for return of a faulty item.

How do I return/exchange a product?

Follow the below process for returning the product:

  • Send a request for return through our contact page.
  • Include a photo of the product and the reason why you want to return the product.
  • The request needs to be sent within 14 days of delivery of your order. 
  • When we have authorized the return, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags attached.
  • Ship the package to the address we give you. In order to get the refund, we ask you to use a secured or tracking method and that you keep your proof of postage.
  • When we have received your return, a full refund/exchange will be issued. We’ll confirm that we have received the return and processed the refund via and that your refund has been processed through email.  

 Please note:

  • The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
  • Our policy applies for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
